Lavender Magnesium Soak

This soak combines calming lavender with magnesium to help soothe tired and overworked muscles to help you relax.

Ingredients: Magnesium flakes, almond oil, dried lavender flowers, lavender essential oil

Uses: Add some to your warm bath or foot soak and allow to dissolve. For the most benefit, soak for at least 20 minutes. Store in cool area.
